Please park on the third level of the parking garage, space permitted as that is the most direct entrance into Norris. The Houston / CityCentre facility is located at the corner of intersection of IH-10 West and Beltway 8.
From Inside the Parking Garage ? 3 rd Level (Main Entrance): Follow signs for ?Red Oak Ballroom? and ?Norris Conference Centers? leading up to the 3rd floor. The 3rd floor will be half covered parking and half un-covered parking. You may park anywhere on this level that does not have a reserved sign. To enter the building through our main entrance, go through the big green double doors to the far right hand corner of the garage.
From Inside the Parking Garage ? 4 th Level: The 4th level (roof top):of the parking garage is the last level which is all un-covered parking. You may park anywhere on this floor. To enter our facility from here, please use the doors at the far left side of the roof top. From inside those doors you will use the stairs or elevators to go down one floor. Elevator will be labeled ?3?.
