This is the perfect time of the year to complete the data with pandemic just now behind us. We can update your valuation as many times as we want in the 12 month period for a minimal fee. This is an awesome service and I suspect something I'm offering too freely; Brad Sugars just described this new product on his monthly "State of the Company" address and said the MSRP is $5,000 per valuation and suggested up to $10,000/valuation in larger cities as that is the going price for less comprehensive reports. I guess I have a missing zero. Oh well, not meant to be a profit source for our company -- just a great tool to measure your growth.
