Meet our Speaker:
Dan Mitchell 

21 years of infrastructure industry experience on small bid-build projects as well as lump sum/ design-build megaprojects over $3 Billion. 

Worked on the largest bridge construction project in New York’s history as well as the largest P3 transit project in North America.

Project management experience, including all processes related to submittals, RFI’s, change orders, invoicing, daily reports, correspondence, surveying and quantity tracking.

Supply Chain experience on infrastructure construction projects from startup through closeout, including bid solicitation efforts, engagement from the small business communities, awarding and managing subcontracts and purchase orders, as well as assisting companies through invoicing and closeout processes.

Strong track record of managing DBE programs and exceeding small business goals on multiple projects, including over $360 million on one project. 

Currently supporting Supply Chain functions and teams on all North America projects and proposals in the East region.  Member of Fluor’s Supply Chain Governance Board and Fluor Infrastructure Sustainability Committee.
