Let's Talk Abut Sales

ABOUT THE SPEAKER

Christina has over 20 years of experience in Performance Management and Development for sales organizations. During that time she has worked one-on-one with employees to improve their personal performance, and also with sales managers and business owners to coach, mentor, and develop effective sales teams.
 
In her current role as President & CEO of Sandler Training, Genesis Development, Inc., Christina focuses on visionary business leaders who want their organizations to lead and sell more effectively. She uses real-world sales and coaching strategies that impact the bottom line of both large and small organizations. Christina also works with non-selling professionals including attorneys, accountants & CPA's, architects and engineers who are challenged with building a client base. 

She helps these professionals develop a consistent system to generate new accounts and perpetuate their personal growth or the growth of their company.
 
Prior to her joining Sandler, Christina worked with organizations such as Dahill (a Xerox Company) and ADP.  At Dahill, Christina was hired to support the sales development of six new offices in the Houston area. She worked closely with the employees to improve sales skills while at the same time coaching managers on sales leadership.  At Dahill and ADP Christina worked with C-level executives to develop strategies and processes that directly impacted profitability.
 
Christina also worked for a national property management company where she provided manager support for the Western Region, covering a geographic area from Texas to California and Washington State.
 
Christina received her BA from Austin College in Sherman, TX, and holds an MBA with a concentration in Human Resources from Houston Baptist University.

This distinguished event  presents fundamental information on the outlook of the economy in West Houston - are there better times ahead? HOUSTON AND WEST HOUSTON REGION ECONOMIC OUTLOOK REPORT will be presented by Dr. Bill Gilmer, Director, Institute for Regional Forecasting, C.T. Bauer College of Business, University of Houston. Dr. Gilmer will discuss, "Recession to Recovery - Picking up the pieces after the economic downturn". Further Dr. Gilmer will discuss what's in store for the Houston Metro Area and West Houston specifically for 2017. Using new real estate data, we will drill down into the impacts on our region while analyzing trends from previous reports.
